Call for a motion to approve the list of Active Volunteer Firefighters received from the North Fayette Township, Sturgeon, and Imperial Volunteer Fire Departments eligible for the Act 172 Earned Income Tax Credit adopted by Ordinance No. 452 and further resolved in Resolution 04-18 as certified by the Fire Chief of each department and reviewed by the Township Manager.

Call for a motion to approve Change Order No. 1 (Final) to the contract with Penn Line Service, Inc., for the 2022 Roadside Improvements – Guiderail program to decrease the contract price from $72,755.00 to $60,828.00.

Call for a motion to approve Partial Payment No. 4 (Final) from J.S. Paris Excavating, Inc., for the 2022 Stormwater Improvement project in the amount requested of $9,521.18.

8.IV.

Call for a motion to authorize the publication of a Legal Notice providing public notice of the Township’s intent to solicit bids for the 2023 Stormwater Improvements program (Contract No. 23-SW1).

Call for a motion to accept the voluntary resignation of Tina Collins as Executive Administrator/PIO in the Police Department, effective January 26, 2023.

Call for a motion to appoint Steven Psomas as the Township’s Alternate Open Records Officer – Police, effective January 26, 2023.

Call for a motion to adopt Resolution No. 09-23, a resolution authorizing the submittal of a sewage planning module to DEP for the North Fayette Business Park – Lot 10, for its approval as a revision to the Official Sewage Facilities Plan of the Township of North Fayette.
